Can i easily cancel my account / subscription?

Via the portal:
Login to your portal
Select the service you wish to cancel, click on the the cancel subscription button at the top (x), click ok on the popup to confirm cancellation.
When the service is highlighted in orange, the service was successfully queued for cancellation.
Via Email:
You can cancel your account / subscription at anytime by emailing us at [email protected] with the request.
NB: We require a 30 day cancellation notice.
