Inbound calls not coming in?

If inbound calls are not coming through, please check the following:
- Check that your number is being routed to the extension / ring group / ivr.
- Ensure that the extension is registered, by checking extension registrations.
- Login to your portal and check the inbound CDR if there is a record for the call.
- If you are using an LTE network, please ensure that the SIP ALG setting is turned off on the modem.
- If the problem persists, please contact support.

Double check the ownership of the number on porting db and then escalate to the owner
