How to factory reset Atcom phones

There are three ways to factory reset:

1.Factory reset from Phone:

a) Press the menu button and navigate to settings - advanced settings.(Default password is admin).

b) Factory reset

c) Press ‘OK’ key, then the phone will be restarted automatically and factory reset.

2.Factory reset through web:

a) Ensure phone is connected to the internet via cable or wifi.

b) Press the "tick" button on the keypad, locate the IP address

c) Enter the IP address into a web browser - Default Username & Password is admin.

d) Navigate to Phone tab - Upgrade - Factory Reset.

3. Factory reset during rebooting:

a) Press ‘*’ and ‘#’ key immediately after plugging in the power adapter.

b) Wait for about 5 seconds, A10/A11/A10W/A11W will be reset to factory default setting after

rebooted.
