Inbound calls not coming in?

If inbound calls are not coming through, please check the following:

  1. Check that your number is being routed to the extension / ring group / ivr.
  2. Ensure that the extension is registered, by checking extension registrations.
  3. Login to your portal and check the inbound CDR if there is a record for the call.
  4. If you are using an LTE network, please ensure that the SIP ALG setting is turned off on the modem.
  5. If the problem persists, please contact support.

    Support:
    Double check the ownership of the number on porting db and then escalate to the owner
